SO WHAT IS BODY BALANCE?

I was fortunate that when I was a young girl, my mother fed me and my five siblings, healthy vegies and fruit.  As much as I hated the brussel sprouts and broad beans we had no choice, vegies or starve!  And so through my teenage years and 20's I rebelled eating loads of crappy coke, fast food and whatever was cheap and easy!

Through my mum's tuition, I did learn that feeding my body with good nutrition was vital for my health.  It wasn't until I started by own family that I began to change what I ate realising the importance of good nutrition in our diets.
